Welcome; I am so grateful you are drawn to my space and energy.  My mission is to deliver quality products and services at all times.

Our refund policy is as follows-

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on any of my courses, products or services. It is vital before you purchase any of my products and services that your energy is completely aligned with the product’s content. 

We offer refunds for damaged goods; you must provide proof of the damaged product; if it is an online order, you can send me a picture, and I will pay for your postage to send the product back to me. You can either have the item replaced or your money fully refunded. 

Cancellation – 

All consultations require 24  hours notice. If you fail to do so, you will be charged the total cost of the consultation fee. 

Face to face workshops- Require a 50 % deposit to hold your spot. If you are unable to attend the event, 72 hours notice is required. If you fail to do so, you will be unable to receive your deposit back.

Payment terms– 

When you book an online consultation with me, payment is required upon booking to hold your spot.

Face to face consultations, you are required to pay a 50% deposit to have your spot. The remainder of the consultation fee is due and payable on the day.

Delivery shipping– 

We ship our products all around the world. 

My Qualifications – 

I have a Diploma of Kinesiology-  HLT51507. Certificate IV of Kinesiology- HLT42807. 

I am a Cert IV meditation teacher. As A Qualified Kinesiologist, I am also trained in Mentoring/ Counselling. 

I have been running my successful health and wellness clinic since 2011; before this, I was working in the health industry in aged care. I have been working in the health and wellness industry now for over 20 years. I am constantly studying and updating my knowledge and skills to stay to date with all the latest health and wellness techniques to help deliver a quality service to my clients at all times.
