1 – Release trapped emotions that are stored in the body. Natalie will use muscle testing to identify emotions you need to release. She will then use a kinesiology technique to release these emotions from your body. 

2 – Restore balance to your meridian system. Natalie will lightly touch Neurovascular points on the head that will bring you into a state of relaxation. 

3 – Harmonise your seven chakras with the incredible power of scalar energy. You will lay under the crystal light therapy bed while Natalie plays 7 Crystal singing bowls aligned to your seven chakras. Your brain wave frequency will entrain with the crystal bowl frequency, amplifying your healing process.

4 – Visualise – To end the consultation, Natalie will take you through a kinesiology visualisation technique where you will project yourself into the future and visualise your desired future. You will continue to lay under the crystal lights, with Vogel clear quartz crystal amplifying your intentions.
